College Campus Refurbishment
This project was carried out for a local college and consisted of the development of an existing facility.
This included the total refurbishment of the existing administration/teaching buildings, and the formation and the construction of 3 major new teaching blocks and associated ancillary buildings.
Works also included the formation of a new main access road, new main electricity supply; sewage pumping station; high speed networking cabling; landscaping and the formation of new rainwater run-off system with holding ponds.
